In just over 6 months i have put on about 50 pounds with the help of Jason telling me what to take and he has never bullshit me to try and buy something he knows wont work. Nutrition Central is badass.

I came to Nutrition Central back in September 2010 thinking I knew a little about supplements and what not.. Come to find out I knew nothing and was getting ripped off by people like GNC/Nutrition Depot. Those guys were always pushing me to buy the expensive “name brands’ all the time because that is what I was told I needed. I gained muscle alright , but a crap load of water weight that was lost pretty quickly to. Jason was very knowledgeable and able to tell me exactly what was in every product and how it worked towards hitting my personal goals. Now 6 months into it I’ve manage to cut 40lbs from my original weight of 220lbs size 36/38 to 180lbs size 30 waist.. Great diet and great products have transformed my body into a lean machine – currently working on a 8 pack and have actually gained in strength despite losing all the weight. I stack products from NC like, SuperPump Max, Concrete Creatine, Torrent, xtend, Scivation Whey and opti men multi vitamins along with a lean low carb/high protein diet.. Highly recommend Nutrition Central over any other place out there.. Prices alone speak for themselves.
